  Stay away if you expect good service.
  More staff then customers, how could being served take so long?? Then when you try to ask they claim they are too busy... for what?? To serve your customers??? That's why we go out is for the service!! they should learn that!
  I don't care if the food isn't always 100% if the service is great, but if the service is terrible I don't care if its a hot dog or a lobster bisque, why would I ever go back.

  Customer always wrong!!
  Only restaurant in town and they feel like they dont have to have good customer service. We had a table of 7 entrees, out of 7, 2 orders were late and undercooked. They refused to take it off the bill. Also, as it was wing night, there are NO rules stated anywhere about being an EXTRA CHARGE for taking leftovers home. But when we did, they charged me $20 extra for 12 wings!!!!! The wings were extremely mediocre anyways so I left them. The owner has 0 regard for her customers and being a new member in the community, it is safe to say that they will never get a single cent from me and everyone else that I talk to about that restaurant. I cannot wait untill more restaurants come in and put this one out of business.

  Great quality food. Prices were great. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The grilled pork chop was everyone's favourite.

  Ugh!
  I think the issue is they think they are a fine dinning restaurant that doesn't have to treat their customers with compassion and understanding, one review says it's an employee that works there and they are "understanding". Not the case. It's to bad, being the only place in town if leadership at this restaurant knew anything about customer service maybe it would be passed on to the team. Food is only ok, had the chicken wrap and my boyfriend had the pork chop. If you're starving and can't head to Orangeville go, but don't expect them to be the type of restaurant that would try and make their customers happy. Entitled old school attitude.

  Eccentric location with cow fur seats and amazing meat. Maybe not the best place for an environmentalist who isn't used to the prairies, but I am from out West and I felt at home.
